Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times We ship from Lithuania across the European Union and internationally. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Lithuania: 1–3 business days
- Western EU (DE, FR, BE, NL, AT, IE, LU): 4–7 business days
- Northern EU (SE, DK, FI, EE, LV): 3–5 business days
- Southern EU (ES, PT, IT, GR, MT): 5–10 business days
- Eastern EU (PL, CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG, HR, SI): 5–9 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Australia: 7–14 business days
These are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at the email address listed on our Contact page. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Customs & Duties For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
